How to Purchase:
· Visit our HOME STUDIES page and browse the topics, description, prices and CEU hours · Choose a home study based on your area of interest, CEU requirements, etc.
· Once you find the one you want, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
· From here, you may proceed to CHECKOUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING
· Once all of your items have been added to your cart, you may proceed to CHECKOUT
§The CHEKCOUT procedure will require you to create an account or login to your existing account. This is a security feature and also helps us track your orders or even make you eligible for “Frequent Purchase Discounts”.)
· Once you complete the secure online order, you will receive a confirmation page with a summary of your order and a prompt to view and/or DOWNLOAD your home study.
§*Note: You will have 48 hours to download item(s) purchased in your order. After 48 hours, your item(s) will no longer be available. All purchases are final. No refunds.
§All OrthoSpineandPain.com Home Studies are downloadable PDFs. This process allows higher quality handouts, faster processing, and instantaneous access to your CEU, color, no shipping and ability to keep your own electronic version of the home study.
Next Steps:
· After downloading, go through your home study course
· Upon completion of the home study, you will be required to complete the test (at the end of the home study)
· You can complete the test and either fax, mail or email to OrthoSpineandPain.com
· Once we receive the test, we correlate your test to your order and correct the test.
§A score of 80% is required to pass (You have 3 chances)
· Once corrected, OrthoSpineandPain.com will send you an email within 48 hours and if passed, your attached certificate – ready to print and apply to your yearly CEU requirements.
